RSS feed should be accessible without `.xml` extension

Users expect to get access to the RSS feed without having to add the .xml extension as many other hosting provider do not set it.

Describe the solution you'd like

Render the feed accessible via https://domain.com/@podcast/feed as well as https://domain.com/@podcast/feed.xml.
