Fediverse interaction capabilities not working

Describe the bug

I installed a Castopod instance on my shared hosting server (https://podcasts.cairobraga.com) and everything is working, except for the Fediverse interaction capabilities. There's this issue described previously here: #242; and no interactions with posts are working. I can find the post/profile/instance on the search bar of my Mastodon instance (https://toot.cairobraga.com), I can see the comments I did on a post using the Castopod account from my Mastodon instance, but when I comment/like from my Mastodon instance, it never shows up on the Castopod instance.

Steps to reproduce

1. install Castopod on a shared hosting service (mine is Hostgator Brasil)
2. set it up normally, create a podcast, create an episode, publish
3. try to interact (follow, comment, like) from another Fediverse account/instance (in my case, Mastodon)

Expected behavior

I expected that the Fediverse interaction features described on the Castopod docs would work.

Actual behavior

the Fediverse interaction capabilities did not work at all.
