As a podcast user, I would like to be able to click on each chapter to start playing the podcast from the beginning of that chapter

Describe the solution you'd like
User should be able to click on a chapter to play the podcast at the right timecode
Have the possibility to add a querystring param to the episode url to indicate at which timetime the podcast should be starting.
