Unable to skip through long podcast

Describe the bug

When the podcast is long, I cannot skip to the middle.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a podcast, maybe with a slow connection (https://pod.foss.wales/@ceremony/episodes/the-journey-without-an-end)
2. play it
3. skip to the middle and it does only skip to where it has loaded the data

Expected behavior

I would like to be able to skip to the middle or a given time even if the whole file is not downloaded.

Actual behavior

Skipping to a time after that which is downloaded will skip to the last loaded time.

Context

• Castopod: 1.11.0
• OS: Ubuntu Server/Docker
• Browser: Firefox 125
• Web server: Docker+nginx proxy manager
