Double quotes in RSS/Title should not be replaced by entity

Steps to reproduce

1. create an episode with double quote character in the title
2. sync rss with a podcast index
3. check title in podcast app

Expected behavior

See double quotes

Actual behavior

See " entity

Context

• Castopod: alpha 13
• OS: Debian 10.5
• Browser: N/A / any podcast app (add podcast app to bug template?)
• Web server: nginx

Possible fixes

Remove double quotes on episode form? Replace "" with “” ? Leave "?
