bug: Podcast pic altered by long description
### Describe the bug
Title pretty clear, no ? :)
### Steps to reproduce
1. Write a long description for a podcast
2. Go on the index page, see profile pic not keeping its squared shaped
### Expected behavior
Podcast pic dimension should not be altered because of a long description
### Actual behavior
