Reset password fails

Version: Castopod Beta 14

When clicking for sending the mail for resetting the password on our ourdomain.com/<custom-auth>/forgot page I just get the We seem to have hit a snag. Please try again later... page. Don't how, how to debug this. Please tell me how I could provide more info, if I should.

I tried play around with the email-settings: #147 (closed), but no success.
