Chapters included in mp3 file are erased

Describe the bug

When I upload an MP3 file with chapters integrated (ID3v2 : https://id3.org/id3v2-chapters-1.0), generated by a soft like Forecast (https://overcast.fm/forecast), the chapters are deleted from the file and are therefore unavailable on podcasts app like Apple Podcast

As said in the Discord #aide channel, this is an issue with getID3 witch erase the information from the initial file. (

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a file with chapters in Forecast
2. Upload the file into Castopod
3. Try to read the file in Apple Podcast / Podcast Addict or download the file and check if chapters are present (with MacOS Preview app for instance)

Expected behavior

Chapters should be present

Actual behavior

Chapters are deleted

• Web server: OVH shared hosting (perso2014 plan)
