Problem with itunes:image tag

Describe the bug

There is an extra /media/ in the itunes:image tag into the rss feed generated by Castopod alpha 55

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new podcast
2. Check the itunes:image tag

Expected behavior

Only one /media/ in the URL

Actual behavior

Two /media/ in the URL

Relevant logs and/or screenshots
