Better show published status in "Latest episodes" page

On the latest episodes page (/cp-admin/podcasts/1) all epidsodes are listed, and I was wondering why there are 2 visible, but only 1 visible on the public page and Activity Feed. It turns out that episode 2 was still unpublished but that was not easily visible in that page (see screenshot)

You can actually see it as the left episode has no date visible. It would be nicer to display a "UNPUBLISHED" instead of the date, so that the status is obvious even to non-experts of the software.
