"Edit publication" leads to nonexistant page (404)

When I publish an episode, and have entered the activity note, I see a red button on the top right side saying "edit publication"). It leads to an URL of the type: /cp-admin/podcasts/2/episodes/8/publish-edit

which leads to an error message that the page does not exist anymore. When I am on that page later: cp-admin/podcasts/2/episodes/8 the button reads instead: "unpublish". Which is an operation that works fine.

P.S. I noticed that despite having clicked "Publish Now", the episode detail page first says "Scheduled for publication ", which is when I see the Edit Publication button. When I reload the page, it immediately says "published".
