Description footer is empty when creating a new episode

Describe the bug

Instead of get the description footer of the podcast, the field is empty when creating a new episode. So if nothing is written, the description footer is removed for all the episodes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new episode of a podcast
2. The field is empty

Expected behavior

The field must be completed with the description footer
