Resend invite email

I created a new user with an Editor role. Unfortunately the email ended up in their spam. They found out only after the link expired (2 days?).

I wanted to send a fresh link, but there's no option for that. Instead I had to delete and recreate the user.

Castopod v1.0.5 running on Ubuntu 22.10 (no Docker) with Nginx.
