Follow button does not work

Describe the bug

The "FOLLOW" button does not work. Instead of the expected behavior, an information window appears: "Whoops! We seem to have hit a snag. Please try again later..."

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter the main page (or any other) (link)
2. Click "FOLLOW" on the right

Expected behavior

People who click on the button will start following the podcast.

Actual behavior

An error message appears.

• Castopod: v.1.1.2 (shared server)
• Server architecture: Linux 5.10.0-21-amd64 x86_64
• Browser: Firefox 110
• Web server: Apache
• PHP version: 8.1.16

Additional information

I'm not a developer. Just an owner of the podcast with little IT knowledge. I would appreciate an easy to understand feedback.
