Admin menu contains unprivileged links if user role is Podcaster

If a User[Type=Podcaster] logs into the admin panel the main menu contains links to pages that are not accessible for the user (Fediverse, Persons, Users, etc). A 403 error is shown when the user clicks such a link.

Don't show menu items the logged in user is not privileged to access.
