More prominent speakers list on episode webpage, including speaker bio

At work they've just started to publish a podcast, and apparently (I wasn't involved in the process) listing the speakers at the episode page at our website is quite important:

The speakers on the Castopod episode page, however, aren't displayed prominently, and don't seem to allow for a speaker bio:

Describe the solution you'd like

It'd be nice if speakers can have a bio and are/can optionally be displayed more prominently at episode level. I can imagine that the user can decide (maybe at podcast level) to either:

• Display all persons prominently
• Display persons with role Guest prominently
• Display all persons not-prominently (as is)

'Prominently' would then mean a bigger picture and their name, displayed in the header (maybe below the play button and date). Clicking on the name would open the bio in a modal.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Adding a 'persons' tab instead of more prominent display in the header. But then the user (visitor) would have to actively look for it.
• Clicking on on a name in the prominent header display opens a 'persons' tab instead of a modal. But then it's hard to give focus to the relevant person, if there's like 3 speakers (page cannot scroll to top; would have to be some background highlighting).
