Making interactions from other Fediverse platforms easier

If I listen to a podcast from a castopod instance, I may want to interact (comment, like, share, ...) with the corresponding post with an account on some other Fediverse platform.

Describe the solution you'd like

I already have the possibility to reach the post from a podcast out of my podcast client (e.g., in AntennaPod is a globe symbol 🌐 in the upper right corner to get there.).

The necessary addition is a way to open it in my Fediverse client. One of the typical ways to do this is to search for the post with the URL of the post (e.g., https://podcast.nlnet.nl/@NGIZero/episodes/the-internet-should-be-a-public-good-nixos-clevis) in a Fediverse client. Making castopod posts searchable in the Fediverse by the URL would allow to easily open them in a Fediverse client for interactions.

Describe alternatives you've considered

An alternative solution may be some (automatic generated) links in the podcast descriptions, which opens the post directly in a Fediverse client. I do not know if there is a URL format for this or if this would require different links for Mastodon, Frendica and so on.

Additional context

I already try to search for a castopod post in different clients (tusky, Tokodon and Mastodon Webinterface) without success. Therefore, I expect this is not supported by castopod yet.
