feat: add remote_url alternative for transcript and chapters files

• podcasters can choose between uploading a file or setting a remote url for their transcript and chapters files
• refactor: rename enclosure to audio file + clarify methods + set explicit names to transcript and chapters files
• add form-input-tabs styling to switch between file and url inputs for transcript and chapters
