feat: allow hiding owner's email in RSS feed

Not sure of two things:

  • the formatting (the commit and push hooks made me change a little the indentation)
  • I removed the owner's email in <podcast:locked>. As far as I have understood, owner="" can be omitted, but I'm not sure.
