Update Contributing docs to fix broken link and update spelling and grammar

This PR fixes a broken link to the Gitlab forking docs in CONTRIBUTING.md

CONTRIBUTING-DEV.md contains a few spelling and grammar fixes:

  • Capitalize Javascript, Docker, PHP, and Redis.
  • Add missing "the" to fix grammar in a few places.
  • Replace "Castopod project" with just Castopod. It should either add a "the" before it, or just be referred to as Castopod, which is how the rest of the code refers to Castopod
