fix(rss): do not escape podcast and episode titles in the xml 

- add parameter to prevent escaping value in SimpleRSSElement's addChild method
- clean prosemirror residue (typedef + DEPENDENCIES.md)
- remove type definition generation in tsconfig

fixes #138, #71
